Delivery and timing

Do you deliver to my ZIP code?

Delivery covers every Tulsa ZIP and towns up to about 80 road miles from Tulsa, across 17 counties. Enter your ZIP in the quote form or call (918) 217-1414 and the zone and travel charge are confirmed on the spot.

Can you get a porta potty out here today?

Same-day delivery runs Monday–Saturday for orders placed by 1 p.m. in Zone 1 and by 11 a.m. in Zones 2–3. The same-day fee is $75 per order.

If I pay extra, can you deliver within a couple of hours?

Arrival time depends on where trucks are routed that day, and most same-day units arrive in the afternoon. Call to get a realistic window for your address before paying the $75 same-day fee.

How much notice do you need for a normal booking?

Book by 4 p.m. the day before for next-day delivery. Plan 3–7 days ahead for spring and fall weekends, and 2–4 weeks ahead for restroom trailers or orders of 5 or more units.

Do you deliver on Sunday?

There are no Sunday deliveries or pickups. Sunday events get the unit on Friday or Saturday, and pickup happens Monday at no extra cost.

Can you bring it the day before my party?

Event units are normally delivered the day before, or Thursday or Friday for a weekend event. The extra days are included in the $175 event price.

Can you deliver Saturday morning and pick up Saturday night?

Same-day drop and same-day pickup is not offered, because it ties up a truck for one stop. Saturday morning drop with Monday pickup works for sites that allow the unit to stay.

What time will the driver arrive?

Deliveries run 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. A morning request is noted on the order. The driver texts about 30 minutes before arrival.

How will I know the porta potty was delivered?

The driver texts a photo of the unit in place once it is set. If something about the spot does not work, the driver calls before choosing another one.

Do I need to be there for delivery or pickup?

Nobody needs to be on site. Mark the spot, unlock the gate or text the code, and keep cars out of the path.

Can I pick up a porta potty myself?

Units are delivered and picked up only by our trucks. A loaded porta potty needs a lift gate and straps, and moving one by hand can crack the base.

How long does delivery take once the truck arrives?

Setting a standard unit takes about 10 minutes. A restroom trailer takes about 30–45 minutes to level, connect and test.

Prices and fees

How much is a porta potty for one day?

A standard porta potty costs $175 for a 1–3 day event, with delivery and pickup included in Tulsa and towns within about 25 miles. Sales tax is added.

Do you charge by the day or by the hour?

Events are priced as a flat 1–3 day rental, not by the hour. Construction and long rentals bill every 28 days.

What does a porta potty cost for a month?

A standard porta potty costs $185 per 28 days with weekly cleaning, plus a one-time $85 delivery and pickup fee. The first invoice is $270 before tax.

What is the out-the-door price?

The out-the-door price is the unit price, any travel or same-day charge, and Oklahoma sales tax. There is no fuel surcharge, card fee or pickup fee. The quote shows each line.

Is the price per unit or for the whole order?

Unit prices are per unit. Delivery, travel and same-day charges are per order, so 3 units on one order pay those charges once.

Do you give a discount for multiple units?

Orders of 5 or more units get $10 off each unit, every event or 28-day cycle.

Do you give a discount for long-term rentals?

Long rentals already cost less per day, and after the first 28 days partial cycles bill by the week at $50. Contractors with 5 or more units also get $10 off each unit.

Will you take less if I pay cash?

Cash is not accepted. Payment is by credit or debit card at booking, or by net-15 invoice for approved contractor accounts.

Do you price-match?

Prices are published and the same for everyone. Compare the full out-the-door total, since many quotes add fuel, card or pickup fees later.

Why does my address change the price?

The address sets the travel zone. Zone 1 adds nothing, Zone 2 adds $50 per order, and Zone 3 adds $95 per order.

Is there a same-day or rush fee?

Same-day delivery costs $75 per order. Next-day delivery booked by 4 p.m. has no rush charge.

If I only need it three days, do I pay for a month?

A 3-day need is an event rental at $175, and a 4–7 day need is the one-week rate at $195. Only rentals longer than a week bill by the 28-day cycle.

Do churches and nonprofits pay sales tax?

Groups with an Oklahoma sales tax exemption certificate pay no sales tax. Send the certificate with your request.

Can I get a written quote for a grant or my boss?

Send the form or call, and a written itemized quote is texted or emailed to you to forward to whoever approves it.

Units and what's inside

A standard porta potty has a toilet seat, a urinal, a toilet paper holder with paper, a hand sanitizer dispenser, a vent and a lock with an occupied sign.

A standard unit with a sink inside rents for $225 per 28 days. The deluxe flushing unit also has a sink.

Is a portable restroom the same as a porta potty?

Portable restroom, porta potty, porta john and portable toilet all mean the same single-stall unit. A restroom trailer is a different, larger unit with plumbing.

Do you have something nicer than the construction kind?

Flushing units with sinks and restroom trailers with running water are the step-up options for parties and weddings.

What colors are the units?

Blue and gray are the most common colors. Pink units are sometimes available. Ask when booking and the order notes your preference.

How big is a standard porta potty?

A typical standard porta potty is about 44 inches wide, 48 inches deep and 90 inches tall, and weighs about 160 pounds empty. It needs a 48-inch path.

How many uses does a porta potty hold?

A standard 60-gallon tank holds about 200 uses between services. That covers about 50 guests at a 4-hour event or 10 workers for a week.

Can I see a picture of the inside first?

Photos of standard, accessible, flushing and trailer interiors are on each unit page, including the restroom trailer page.

Cleaning and servicing

How often is a porta potty cleaned?

Long-term porta potties are cleaned once a week, on the same weekday. Busy summer sites can move to twice a week.

What happens during a service visit?

Each visit pumps the tank, scrubs and sanitizes the inside, restocks toilet paper and sanitizer, recharges the deodorizer and refills hand-wash water.

Can I get service every other week to save money?

Weekly service is included in the 28-day price, so less frequent service does not lower the cost. It does keep the tank from overflowing.

Does the porta potty come with toilet paper?

Every unit arrives stocked with toilet paper and hand sanitizer. Long-term units are restocked at every weekly service.

Can you pump out a porta potty I own?

Customer-owned porta potties and RV holding tanks can be pumped for $125 per visit in Zone 1, with water and deodorizer added back.

Do I need to add water before a pump-out?

Adding water first is not needed. The pump truck handles thick waste, and the tank gets fresh water and deodorizer after pumping.

Can you service a unit another company dropped off?

Units owned by another rental company should be serviced by that company. A unit you own can be pumped for $125 per visit.

Where does the waste go?

Waste goes to a permitted wastewater treatment facility, as Oklahoma DEQ rules require for portable-toilet waste.

What if a unit needs cleaning before the weekly visit?

Call and an extra service visit is scheduled for $65, usually the same or next business day.

How many hand-wash stations do I need?

Plan 1 hand-wash station per 100 guests when food is served, and at least 1.

Placement and access

Where should the porta potty go?

Pick level, firm ground within about 50 feet of where a truck can park, 10 feet from tents, grills and food doors.

Can you put it in my backyard?

Backyard placement works through a gate at least 48 inches wide on firm ground. Accessible units need about an 8-foot path.

The property has no street address. How do I give directions?

Send a GPS pin or the nearest address plus a landmark, and a phone number for someone who can meet the driver.

What does the driver need to know about gates?

Give the gate code, lock combination or width, and note low wires, soft ground or tight turns.

Can a porta potty be locked?

Units have an inside lock. For overnight security at schools or parks, ask about a padlock hasp when booking.

Can I move the porta potty myself?

Renters should not move units. A tipped or dropped unit can leak and crack. Call and the driver relocates it.

Will a porta potty blow over in a storm?

Units on open lots can be staked or strapped at no charge, which helps in Oklahoma spring wind. Tipped units are rechecked after storms.

Rental length, billing and pickup

How long can I keep a porta potty?

Keep it as long as needed. Events cover 1–3 days, the one-week rate covers 4–7 days, and longer rentals bill every 28 days.

How does 28-day billing work?

The card or account is billed every 28 days from delivery, not on the calendar month. After the first cycle, extra time bills by the week.

If I return it early, do I pay less?

After the first 28 days, billing stops the day you call for pickup and partial cycles bill by the week.

How do I end the rental?

Call (918) 217-1414 and billing stops that day. The unit is picked up within 1–2 business days.

When will you pick up after my event?

Event units are picked up the next business day. A Saturday event is picked up Monday.

Can I reserve a date now and change it later?

Date changes are free when the new date is available.

Can I keep a porta potty for months?

Long rentals of 3, 6 or 12 months bill every 28 days with weekly cleaning.

Wheelchair-accessible units have a ground-level floor, a 60-inch turning space and grab bars, for $235 per event or $250 per 28 days.

How much more is an accessible unit?

An accessible unit costs $60 more than a standard unit for an event, and $65 more per 28-day cycle.

Can I get one accessible and one regular unit?

Mixed orders are common. One accessible and one standard unit for an event cost $410 before tax in Zone 1.

How much lead time does an accessible unit need?

Book accessible units 3–7 days ahead, since fewer are in stock than standard units.

Hand-wash stations and trailers

Does a hand-wash station come with the porta potty?

Hand-wash stations are rented separately for $115 per event or $155 per 28 days, and ride on the same delivery.

Does the trailer need water and electricity?

A restroom trailer needs a 120-volt, 20-amp outlet within 100 feet and a garden hose. A generator and water tank are available as add-ons.

How much is a luxury restroom trailer for a weekend?

A 2-station trailer costs from $1,295 for up to 2 days, and a 3-station trailer from $1,650, with setup and pickup in Zone 1.

What is the smallest restroom trailer?

The 2-station trailer, about 12 feet long with the hitch, is the smallest. It has one men's and one women's room.
