Rental Terms & Cancellation Policy

Booking and payment
Event and homeowner rentals are paid in full by credit or debit card at booking. Long-term rentals charge the first 28-day cycle at booking and every 28 days after. Approved business accounts are invoiced net-15. Cash is not accepted. Oklahoma sales tax is added unless an exemption certificate is on file.
Rental periods and renewal
Event rentals cover 1–3 days, with delivery before and pickup the next business day. One-week rentals cover 4–7 days. Long-term rentals renew automatically every 28 days until you call for pickup. After the first 28 days, partial cycles bill by the week.
Cancellation and changes
Cancel free until 2 p.m. the business day before delivery. Later cancellations, or a delivery the driver cannot complete because of locked gates or blocked access, carry a $50 trip fee. Date changes are free when the new date is available.
Delivery, placement and access
The renter chooses a level, firm spot within about 50 feet of where a truck can park, and provides gate codes and clear access. The renter is responsible for permission to place units on the property and for any permits required for public property.
Servicing
Long-term rentals include one service per week. Extra service visits cost $65. Units must remain accessible on service day.
Damage and responsibility
Normal wear is covered. The renter pays repair or replacement cost for damage from fire, vandalism, vehicles, tipping caused by moving the unit, or graffiti. Renters must not move units. Units stay the property of Allan Rental Works and are never sold.
Pickup and ending billing
Call (918) 217-1414 to request pickup. Billing stops on the day of the call. Pickup happens within 1–2 business days. There is no separate pickup fee.
Weather
Units can be staked or strapped on request at no charge. Allan Rental Works may delay delivery or service for unsafe weather and will reschedule at no charge.
