What information does this site collect?
The quote form collects your delivery ZIP, phone number, dates, unit type, quantity and guest or crew count. Nothing else is required. The site does not use advertising trackers.
How is the information used?
Your details are used only to prepare your quote, schedule delivery and service, and contact you about your rental. They are not sold or shared for marketing.
Who processes form submissions?
Forms are delivered by Web3Forms, a form-delivery service, which passes your submission to Allan Rental Works by email. Payment cards are handled by the card processor at booking and are not stored on this website.
How long is it kept, and can I delete it?
Quote requests are kept for up to 2 years for scheduling and billing records. Call (918) 217-1414 to ask for a copy or deletion of your information.
